Greek Salad

In a salad bowl, you cut 2 large ripe tomatoes in pieces. You add half a cucumber chopped into rings, 1 sliced green pepper, 1 red onion cut into rings, 150g feta cheese cut in cubes and a tablespoon of capers.

Pour over the salad with extra virgin olive oil and, if desired, add some vinegar.

Stir the ingredients and garnish with olives and crumbled oregano.
