Marinated feta cheese with garlic and herbs

Cut the feta into large cubes and place in layers in a jar. Between the layers sprinkle garlic cloves, herbs of your choice, such as oregano, savory and Rosemary, pepper or peppercorns.

Fill the jar with extra-virgin olive oil and leave to marinate feta. In this way the slice will be preserved for a long time.
