The company «SELLAS OLIVE OIL TRADE LTD» which is based at 201 Papakonstantinou Avenue in Nemea, Korinthia, is committed to the production of safe and authentic products at all stages of the processes related to the processing of the olives and oiling, the import, storage, processing, standardization, marketing of oils and trade of olives according to law and regulations. As «authentic product» we mean that our products are of the expected nature, composition and quality. The company has all those necessary facilities that are suitable according the standards, for proper and uninterrupted production, and also the design, implementation, compliance with the Quality Management & Food Safety Systems ISO 9001, ISO 22000, BRCGS and FSSC 22000.

The company is committed to the continuous improvement of the management system, the satisfaction of the applicable requirements as well as the compliance with law and regulations. The company reviews the suitability of the policy and the organization context and proceeds to update them whenever is necessary through the management review.

Our concern is the continuous improvement of our company, the continuous information from and to the food chain on safety issues, as well as by competent authorities, the satisfaction of customers’ requirements through customers’ feedback, analyzing the results from feedback from any of their complaints on both quality and safety.

Our company in order to produce exclusive and strictly, safe, authentic and quality products to our customers, sets measurable safety and quality goals, plans and verifies all production stages and verify that the objectives that are set for safety and quality, are met, ensuring the necessary resources for all its procedures. The company’s goals in relation to its products are the continuous improvement of quality and safety through a series of continuous and frequent controls.

It helps to reduce food loss and waste within the company and the related supply chain.

The Quality Policy has been notified (a copy of the quality policy is displayed in an apparent place) and the staff is aware of the part of the responsibility it brings to meet the safety requirements set by the organization Management. The Management is committed that the Quality & Food Safety Policy is implemented and operates effectively. The content of the policy is reviewed for its suitability annually.
